How do I sign up for an EauDeluxe account?

  1. When you place an order with us, you'll be presented with an option to register.
  2. If you're visiting our website using your phone or Computer, click on 'Profile' button on the top right and you’ll be presented with an option to register.All you need to do is provide us with your name, email address and a password of your choice. It’s that simple!

    What are the benefits of Creating an EauDeluxe account?

    Signing up for an EauDeluxe account will give you substantial benefits and give you a superior experience while shopping on EauDeluxe. An EauDeluxe account allows you to:

    1. Track all past and present orders at any time in one place!
    2. Notifications as soon as your favorite products are back in stock!
    3. Rate and review products!
    4. Never fill in your address and payment details more than once!
    5. Receive discounts on future purchases!
    6. Refer a friend to EauDeluxe and earn when they place their first order! [We haven’t started the Referral Program yet, will update it Soon].
    7. Syncing of products in the cart across all platforms! (Eg. Add products to your cart on our Mobile site and have them reflect on our Desktop site too!)

    What if I have forgotten my account password?

    When signing in you can click on the 'Forgot Password' link below the sign-up area. You will immediately be redirected to a new page where you can key in your registered email address. Soon after, you will receive an email with a link to 'reset your password'.


    Do I need an account to make a purchase?

    Yes, It is a simple 30-second process to create an account and then you can check out with ease.


    How do I get notified about new products or promotions?

    Sign up to our Newsletter! This is located on the bottom right of our website.
    Rest assured that we do not spam or send emails that you have not requested. Your email is safe with us. We'll never give it to any third parties.

    How do I buy a product?

    Click on the ‘Add to cart’ button to add an item to your cart. Login and checkout to complete your purchase.


    How many units of one item can I buy?

    Different products have different limits. Some don't have any. Adjust item quantities in your cart to see exactly how many you can purchase in one shot.


    How can I see what is in my cart?

    Click on the Cart logo on the top right corner of the site. You can adjust the quantity and remove items from there as well.


    SHIPPING

    Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, EauDeluxe Offers FREE Shipping On ALL Orders across the United States. For Rest of the Countries, we charge a minimal amount based on the delivery address.


    Where can I find my tracking number?

    You will receive an email from us with a tracking number as soon as your item is shipped. If you have an account, you may log in to see your order and tracking number.

     

    What are your shipping methods?

    Most of the Orders are shipped with USPS or FedEx.


    When will my order ship?

    We strive to ship all the orders within 24 Hours. However, some items require a bit more time to ship.


    What is the Estimated Delivery time?

    Estimated Delivery time varies between 3-10 business days from the date order ships.


    Do you ship to Hawaii Alaska, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses?

    Yes, we ship all across the globe!


    Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes, we ship internationally. However, we don’t offer returns and refunds. See more details.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept PayPal, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Mastero, Solo and Visa electron.


    How Secure is EauDeLuxe.com?

    We take extreme measures to protect your private info. We never store your credit card information on our servers.


    Do you charge sales tax?

    Yes, we charge sales tax on all Orders Shipped to New York.

    How long does it take for you to respond to my email?

    We strive to respond in 24 hours or less. Emails sent over the weekend will be responded to, on Monday.


    RETURNS

    What is your return policy?

    We offer a 14-day return policy for all of our products. In order to be eligible for return, the product must be sealed in its original retail packaging, in the same condition in which it was received, and with all the original accessories included.


    Products which are in the above-stated condition will be refunded in full within 3 - 4 days of receipt. We reserve the right to inspect and test products upon return. If the condition is misrepresented by the customer,  eaudeluxe.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% or higher. (Restocking fee will vary based on the condition of the product). Orders which are passed the 30-day return window cannot be returned.

    We apologize in advance if an item is of fault quality from the manufacturer.


    How do I initiate a return?

    For all return inquiries, please contact us at cs@eaudeluxe.com. Our customer service team will be glad to provide all necessary RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) info and instructions.

    Please be advised, all returns must have an RMA issued. Packages which are refused upon delivery, without first going through the RMA process, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.


    Do you offer exchanges?

    In the event that we have the same model in stock, sure! Otherwise, we will refund you in full or give you store credit.


    How long does it take for a refund to go through?

    Usually 4-10 business days.
